SNAPPS is pleased to offer three levels of support to our clients. Free Support: Quickr Forum, Blogs and NewslettersAs the templates are free software, we offer very limited free support via public channels, on an as-available basis. If you are evaluating the Quickr Templates for internal or external use, you might try checking the IBM developerWorks Quickr Forum for an answer to your question. The SNAPPS team monitors that forum quite frequently, as do a number of other Quickr experts, and you may find that your questions can be answered -- or have already been answered -- on the forum. If you are experiencing an issue and do not have a support contract, please use the Forum to report your issues. Also, search the blogs of Rob Novak and Viktor Krantz, and make sure you can receive mail from snapps.com - by registering here you are automatically signed up for Rob Novak's Quickr & Sametime newsletter.Incident-Based SupportSmall to mid-sized companies who use the SNAPPS Quickr Templates may wish to purchase the fixed price "three-pack" Incident-Based Support Option. This level of support gives you direct access to the SNAPPS team for assistance with your template deployment, up to three incidents, for a period of one year. The three-pack of incidents is available for $499 USD. If you would like to purchase an incident pack, please contact us.Subscription SupportMid-sized to large corporations may find the Subscription Support Option to be their best value. This level of support entitles you unlimited access to the SNAPPS team for assistance with any number of issues per year, within the terms of the agreement. If you would like more information on this option you can request a quote online, or contact us for terms and pricing. Subscription Support units are computed by multiplying the number of quickr users by the number of templates for which support is required. Each unit is priced between $1.00 and $2.00, depending on volume (QSite is more).Benefits: Subscription Support customers have first access to new features, a dedicated code stream, guaranteed compatibility with Lotus Quickr major releases within 30 days of EGA, and a dedicated electronic support ticket system.
